Until you drop the dough into small pieces actually works pretty well. The rigatoni is my favorite mold. Like the attack was well and pasta maker until the mixture is allowed to dry a little, it is easy to clean with the tool available. He is very happy I got to do this, the homemade pasta is really easy and quick once you get used to it. You can make a big batch of dough and freeze it for another day as well.

Really rare up to the demands of producers. So I bought this thinking a similar pasta machine. But I was very pleasantly surprised with the results. 'Really does what it says.

However you must follow the recipe. Do not deviate from the recipe or you can end up with a paste of it, crumbly texture that requires it. The dough will work but you risk breaking the machine.

Works and the pasta is delicious. It may seem expensive, but if you want the dough will be more than repaid in the long run. And 'healthy, fresh and just like Mom used to make.
