Reviews for James Martin by Wahl Hand Blender & Chopper ZX411 attack 500W Mini Silver (Kitchen & Home) I agree with previous reviews that complain about the inability to wash the cover of the chopper in the dishwasher. And 'in 2009. If something is designed only to be washed should be put in large letters on the front of the box. I never had trouble finding the trapped water from the cover but it is always hassle to remember to do it.

On the machine itself, it is wonderful! Very powerful. Make a pot of vegetable broth in 5 gallons in about 20 seconds. I can not fault the actual body of the same machine, only the lid of the chopper.

I also have a jar with my fabulous stainless steel for making smoothies. It feels much more safe and secure than any plastic can.

However, when the item is washed, the water gets stuck in the black top and stays there, no way to get out, and it's gone now and the water smells horrible. It is clear that design flaw ..Can anyone do anything about. I love blender, but the water comes in when the wash is a real nightmare.
